This policy explains how the Rentals360 website collects and uses personal information. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you use our contact or demo form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, fleet size and message.
Our website also sets a session cookie that helps protect the contact form from misuse. It does not identify you and is deleted when you close your browser. Our web server may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and discuss Rentals360 with you. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to our team. We may use trusted service providers, such as email and hosting providers, to run the website and handle enquiries. They may only use your information to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our dealings, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email hello@rentals360.co.nz and we will respond within the time required by the Privacy Act. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
